c) Five User License

It allows access to up to five employees within your organization to the research reports purchased from NOVONOUS.

d) Enterprise User License

It allows access to all employees within your organization to the research reports purchased from NOVONOUS.

3.     Use of Content

• The copyright, database rights, trade marks, domain names and other intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in all material and information on the Site (“the IPR Content”) belongs to us or (if it has been licensed to us) to the licensor.
• You are authorized to use our products to fit your purpose in accordance with the type of license you acquire.

4.     Unauthorized Use

·       If you have not received the Enterprise User License, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium.

·       You are not authorized to redistribute or resale of any part or complete research reports or other products purchased from NOVONOUS under any circumstances.

5.     Transferability

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any research report (in part or complete) or other products purchased from NOVONOUS to any entity under any circumstances.

6.     Our Refund Policy

Since NOVONOUS is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site.

7.     Ownership

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of NOVONOUS. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
